1 Financial assistance is offered to participants in the Hilo program who meet and accept the program's terms. This entails adding any eligible compatible connected device in the Hilo app, as well as a 12-month commitment to participate in Hilo Challenges. The financial assistance will be paid to the customer in the weeks following the connection of their device(s) to Hilo and their acceptance of the Financial Assistance Agreement. Financial assistance is only provided once per eligible compatible connected device. The number of eligible compatible connected devices is limited. Not a customer yet?
Place your first order to confirm your eligibility and get the Hilo hub. Once it’s installed, download the Hilo app to connect your smart thermostats and take part in the challenges.
