Welcome to the website of Hilo Services inc. (hereafter “Hilo”), which will be offering various energy management products and services.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, and then to the services that Hilo will be offering, you have provided or will need to provide some personal information for identification purposes, such as your first and last names and your email address. This will allow Hilo representatives to communicate with you. Agreement on the Website Terms of Use

The Terms of Use are governed by applicable Québec laws. All disputes and conflicts concerning the Terms of Use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, in the judicial district of Montréal.

Hilo reserves the right to refrain from providing a product or service to persons who do not meet its eligibility criteria. In this case, Hilo cannot be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
