What happens to my water heater load controller if there’s a power failure?

After a power failure, the controller will revert to the configuration you previously set, either manually or through the Hilo app. For example, if the water heater isn’t programmed to turn off and it was on prior to the power failure, it will turn back on again once the power returns.
