First, check the status of the network indicator light:
- If the network indicator is green, click here to explore possible solutions.
- If the network indicator is yellow, click here to view the procedure for pairing the controller with the hub
- If the network indicator is solid red, try the following: switch the circuit breaker on your electrical panel to the OFF position, wait about 30 seconds, then switch it back to the ON position. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, contact Hilo Technical Support.
